Great location near the beach, but food was disappointing and repetitive.

It was just an excellent fit for a weekend vacation in Playa de Palma with outstanding value for money. The room had a decent size balcony with a side view of the pool, which was a nice touch. Make sure to take advantage of the variety of sun loungers available around the pool.

During my recent stay, I loved that it was just a few steps from the beach and surrounded by great restaurants, making our walks even more enjoyable as we discovered the local flavors and sights.

The indoor pool was refreshing, but the check-in took forever.

Great for families seeking fun and relaxation

The all-inclusive option was perfect for my family, especially having quick access to snacks for the kids at any time. The staff was beyond helpful, going out of their way to make sure my daughters got the specific meals they loved. They even set up some fun activities which kept the kids entertained almost non-stop.

Had an awesome vacation with my friends! We spent our days swimming in the outdoor pools and enjoying the beach nearby. The staff were super friendly, and the all-inclusive food was varied and satisfying. It was nice to have everything we needed for a fun, relaxing holiday. Definitely a great spot for a group getaway!

Unfortunately, one of my friends had a bad fall during our stay, leading to a visit to the hospital. It’s important to be cautious and have good travel insurance handy.

Had a wonderful time during our stay! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to various restaurants. The kids loved the large pool and the indoor pool was a hit for winding down after a day of exploring. I particularly enjoyed the spa services. the massage I had was fantastic. The only downside was that the room might benefit from a little updating, especially the bathroom, where the shower had some sealing issues.

I thoroughly enjoyed the well-maintained gardens and accessible facilities. The spacious and clean interiors, coupled with thoughtful decorations, created a warm atmosphere that made it easy for me to move around comfortably during my stay.

More seating in dining areas would be beneficial.

Nice stay with room for improvement

Just spent 4 nights and the room was super clean and comfy. Check-in was kinda slow, though, and the late-night dinner was a letdown with just some old leftovers. Breakfast was awesome, tho! Loved the variety. It could've been clearer where to find the hotel upon arrival. Overall, pretty chill stay.
